Còrsega Residences by Javier García Alba, AGAS Studio.
Còrsega Residences was designed by Javier García Alba, an architect chosen for buildings that earn their context rather than impose on it. The design holds a clear dialogue between Barcelona’s architectural heritage and a contemporary, restrained luxury.

AGAS Studio
AGAS Studio has completed more than 600 projects over 29 years of practice in Spain, working across every branch of architecture from urban planning to interior detail.
That range allows the studio to hold a project whole rather than pass it between hands. Javier García Alba’s approach is built on anticipation. Buildings are drawn for the way people will live in them years from now, with sustainability, quality and transparency treated as conditions of the work rather than additions to it.
At Còrsega 333, it shows in the proportions, the light, and the materials, all chosen to age well.

The Façade
The façade is rendered in esgrafiado stucco, a technique rooted in Barcelona, set in a precise, contemporary geometry.
Ash-toned aluminium frames are sized for light and for clear views. It reads as a sculptural presence on the street while giving the homes privacy and shade.
Light and Interiors
The homes are built around light, from its morning clarity to its afternoon warmth, and floor-to-ceiling glazing carries it deep into the rooms.
Interiors by MINIM Barcelona pair engineered oak floors and hand-selected quarry stone with clean lines and considered proportions.

Craftsmanship and Quality
Materials were selected for beauty and durability and finished with heritage techniques and current engineering.
Daikin aerothermal systems, radiant floors and controlled ventilation keep the building efficient and quiet. Built to last, and to live in well every day.
The Kitchens
Every kitchen was designed and delivered by Gunni & Trentino, with minimalist cabinetry, natural stone surfaces and integrated Gaggenau and Siemens appliances. It works as a precise culinary space and a place to gather.
