Where Gràcia meets the Eixample
Còrsega sits between Barcelona’s two great avenues: Passeig de Gràcia to one side, with Gaudí’s buildings and the flagship luxury houses, and Diagonal to the other. Above them begins Gràcia, with its squares, markets and independent shops. The address holds the elegance of the Eixample and the ease of a village, without choosing between them.
Barcelona’s luxury mile
Passeig de Gràcia is where the great houses keep their Spanish flagships. Louis Vuitton, Chanel, Hermès, Dior, Prada, Gucci and Loewe sit along the same stretch, with Cartier, Bulgari and Patek Philippe a few doors apart.
Santa Eulalia has dressed the city since 1843, and Rambla de Catalunya runs parallel with smaller boutiques, galleries and cafés. All of it five minutes from Còrsega 333.
A neighbourhood with a history
To the south lies the order of the Eixample, with Cerdà’s grid, its wide pavements, and the long light that comes with it.
To the north is Gràcia, with its squares, markets, and independent shops. Passeig de Gràcia is five minutes away on foot, and the city’s finest architecture, restaurants and boutiques with it. This is a residential corner of a very central city, and it stays that way.
