Introduction
Còrsega Residences was designed by architect Javier García Alba of AGAS, with interiors by MINIM Barcelona and kitchens and bathrooms by Gunni & Trentino. The result is a building where the quality lives in the details most people never point to.
The façade and the light?
The exterior is rendered in esgrafiado stucco, set in a precise geometric pattern that reads as contemporary without straining for it. Ash-toned aluminium frames are sized for maximum light and clear views. Inside, floor-to-ceiling glazing brings daylight deep into the rooms, and sliding partitions let residents open or close a layout through the day.
Who designed the interiors?
MINIM Barcelona shaped the interiors, with proportions that feel correct, storage that is planned rather than added, and layouts that suit real life. Oak floors run throughout, with white-lacquered joinery that keeps the lines clean.
What are the kitchens and bathrooms like?
Every kitchen was designed and delivered by Gunni & Trentino, with matte cabinetry, large-format porcelain countertops with integrated sinks, and Gaggenau and Siemens appliances. The bathrooms carry the same discipline, in stone and marble-finish porcelain, with freestanding bathtubs in most main bathrooms. Stone is drawn from a single quarry so its tone stays consistent across every surface.
How is the building heated and cooled?
Comfort here is engineered rather than assumed. Daikin aerothermal systems supply radiant heating and cooling through the floors, double-flow ventilation with heat recovery manages the air, and smart-home integration ties together climate, curtains and entry. The engineering was led by AGAS.
